你知道什麼是HIP嗎? 由2007 年六月一日開始,所有樓宇的賣方都要準傋一份HIP, 全名是Home Information Pack. HIP 內的資料不會有樓宇的估值, 但有以下:
1. A draft contract 2. Evidence of title 3. Replies to standard preliminary enquiries provided by the vendor. 4. Copies of any planning consentse. 5. Any warranties or guarantees. 6. Replies to local searchesg. 7. A Home Condition Report including an EnergyEfficiency Assessment.
